Does the person who started the game need to talk to the NPCs first? I ended up switching characters to Jahan to run him to the cemetery for the fight, and even though he was standing just outside the cemetery, he still just stood there and wouldn't join the fight. We went into the graveyard to fight, and Jahan was still upstairs in the library. When we walked around afterward, Jahan wouldn't follow.
